Industrial Engineering Interview Procedure
The recruitment procedure of Industrial engineering

1. The vacancy is announce by human resource
department from the organization and then advertisement is published for the
vacant post.
2. Against the advertisement for the required post, candidates
drop their CV. HR department collect CV and sit with Industrial Engineering
Department. Then shortlists the CV for invitation.
3. After shortlisting CV, HR department call the shortlisted
candidates and take confirmation that they will join the interview in a
predefined time.
4. A short Exam/Interview is arrange I the predefined
time.
5. HR and IE department assess the candidates from
the taken exam/interview then rank the candidates and select finally.
6. After final selection, HR department call the
candidate to join the job.
