Performance Rating Calculation
Performance Rating Calculation fully based on experience. A
benchmark is set to compare with the standard. If the value is greater than the benchmark, the operator is a higher performer than the normal operator and vice
versa. The below table has three operators with different observed times.
Against the basic time observed time is different for the individual operators. So
for that rating is also different.
